• Access online services (banking, shopping, government forms)
• Protect yourself from cybercrime and phishing
• Keep your computer secure and up to date
• Manage files and cloud storage (Google Drive & OneDrive)
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with confidence
