"I want to thank my amazing mother Mesoon Al-madani for picking up this award on my behalf and I want to thank Miag Centre and Fatena Akache for providing the great opportunity. I was teaching classes at the time and could not make it. Through this program, I had the opportunity to spend the year coaching parents and kids on how to best improve their communication skills with each other. I coached them on topics such as the 5 love languages, different personality styles, responsibilities in the home, school grades, work and fun balance, leading by example and so much more. I found it much more effective that both the parents and the kids were in the same room. It brought out some real and honest feedback and we were able to solve and answer the questions and concerns they had but were never able to voice." Hassan Wadi
